Cala Homes ltd employed hp architecture for their Parklands site, this consisted of 266 units from one bedroom HA flats (including a 60 bed Extra care block with all its ancillary accommodation) to five bedroom detached houses & garages for private sale, in addition there was a medium sized retail unit. Working drawings were produced for Building Control approval and construction, each building was drawn individually to show the variations in cladding & fenestration including their relationship with adjoining buildings in stepped or crescent form. Along with a number of construction details various site plans were produced to indicate external materials and open spaces and for conveyance purposes.
