HPA was instructed to produce revised planning drawings and full working drawings for 82 dwellings, these ranged from HA flats to 4 bedroom detached houses overlooking a new public park. The alteration of an existing community hall to form four - 2 and 3 bedroom dwellings and the conversion of Campion House, itself- a locally listed house of tall classical Italianate style to be converted to 8 apartments.

Campion House required extensive detailing in order to rationalise the 150 year old building and it’s more recent extensions, with many of the original timber, stone and plaster details to be reconstructed both inside and out.
