HP architecture were instructed by a private client to design a new dwelling, on a site which fell outside of the settlement boundary, and had two previous applications for residential development refused.

A scheme that comprised of one 4500 sqft 3 storey detached house, together with a detached triple garage was submitted and granted a consent at appeal. Following this detailed working drawings, details and specifications were produced for construction, with the build completed in 2013.
