This project in Swindon, Wiltshire comprised the refurbishment of 6 existing industrial units with a total area of approximately 3,400m2 and the construction of a new unit comprising approximately 100m2 of office accommodation. HPA was employed directly by the contractor Dove construction to produce the construction drawings and gain building regulations approval.
